Ernie started working with his parents in 1976,
performing background research at the Court House. Majoring in religion,
philosophy, and psychology, Ernie graduated in 1982 and began in earnest
his appraisal career. Durbin Appraisal Services incorporated in 1983 as
Durbin and Associates, Inc., with Ernie II being the majority
stockholder. Ernie Durbin II purchased the remainder of the parents
stock in 1990. |

Durbin in 1999 as our system manager. With our industry moving further
